After making a reservation, you will receive an invoice for the entire rental period of your apartment. Your reservation will be confirmed only after a 25% deposit payment.
This deposit payment must be made within 14 days of the invoice date. The remaining 75% must be paid up to 8 weeks prior to arrival. Failure to make timely payments will result in the cancellation of all claims against us.
The additional costs for water, electricity, and any other extra services will be invoiced separately upon check-out and must be paid on-site.
All our rates are in Euros. You can also pay in NAF at the final settlement.
We require a deposit of €150.00. This deposit will be refunded at the end of the vacation, minus any amounts due for water/electricity consumption and possible damages.
Full refund will be provided for cancellations up to 2 months prior to arrival.
Thereafter, we cannot be held liable for any amount already paid. We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.
You can arrive and depart on any day. We will coordinate the arrival time based on your flight.
On the day of departure, we kindly request your cooperation in vacating the apartment in a timely manner for the next guest. Please have your apartment cleared by 11:00 AM at the latest. If the apartment is vacant after you, we will not be strict about the timing.
In case of damage, which can happen to anyone, we will charge you the actual costs and rely on your cooperation.
On Curaçao, people live outdoors. Smoking there is not a problem.
SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED IN THE APARTMENT.
Electricity / Water
We reserve the right to pass on any mid-term fluctuations in electricity and water rates to the guests.
Pets are not allowed.
Upon arrival in your apartment, you will find a folder with useful information about the island and the house rules.
Failure to comply with the above-mentioned conditions may result in refusal of access to our property, without any refund.
