The rate is per night, and the minimum booking period is 3 nights.

1-2 persons €92.50 per night

3 persons €102.50 per night

4 persons €112.50 per night


The rate includes:

  • Gas usage for cooking
  • Weekly intermediate cleaning
  • Weekly bed linen change
  • Twice-weekly kitchen linen change
  • Twice-weekly towel change
  • Use of WiFi throughout the premises
  • Use of safe
  • Use of secured parking lot
  • Cool box with elements
  • Hairdryer

Water usage in the apartment

Water is very precious in Curaçao as drinking water has to be extracted from seawater. For water consumption in the apartments, we will charge a fee of €8.95 per 1 m³ rounded up in units of 0.5 m³.

Electricity usage in the apartment

Unnecessary use of air conditioning is the main cause of high electricity consumption. For electricity usage in the apartments, we will charge a fee of €0.49 per kWh.

* Meter readings will be taken in your presence at the beginning and end of your stay.

Final Cleaning:

We charge €45.00 for this service.

Turnover tax on overnight costs of the apartment:

All our prices exclude the mandatory 7% turnover tax.


Discounts:

  • 5% discount for stays of at least 21 nights.
  • 10% discount for stays of at least 28 nights.
  • 15% discount for stays of at least 35 nights.


Extra

Beach towel service

Beach towels are available for rent with us. We will change them during the towel exchange. The cost is €1.00 per beach towel per exchange.

Grocery Service

For the first evening/day, we can ensure that the initial groceries are in the house. If desired, we can send you a shopping list by email, which you can fill out and return to us.
